Terms and Conditions: We will not be shipping any items in this auction. If you require shipping, DO NOT BID Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. If you can not pick up during the designated pick up time, DO NOT BID!! NO SHIPPING OF ANY MERCHANDISE OFFERED FOR THIS AUCTION! Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Bids are not retractable and can not be deleted. Be sure before you bid! There is a 2 step confirmation before your bid is recorded. Once you have confirmed your bid, it can not be removed and you have legaly obligated yourself to follow through with the purchase if in fact you become the winning bidder. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time, with cash, good check or credit card (if you pay with credit card, 3% will be added to invoice total) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy stuff. Auction staff DOES NOT load! Ocasionally helpers are on hand at the auction site to help load. If in fact helpers will be on hand, it will be noted in the Winnig Bidder Email With Invoice. They are independant contractors and are not furnished by the Auction Co. They work for tips only. If you require their help, be prepared to pay them directly. Shipping: We do not ship. If you require shipping DO NOT BID! NOTE: Please! We need your co-operation to get all the items picked up by 3 pm Saturday, September 18th at 555 Airport Rd. Monticello, AR. You checked a box and agreed not to bid if you could not pick up during the designated time. If you find yourself unable to pick up, please call to pay over the phone and have someone else pick up for you (except guns, the person who bid must pick up guns). If you do not call to pay and have your merchandise picked up, you will not be allowed to bid in our future auctions. As a result, your Hibid Bidder Reputation Score will drop and you may find that other Hibid auctioneers may not allow you to bid in their auction as well.
